By accessing emguarde.life or purchasing any emGuarde product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

emGuarde sells the EM001 environmental device, designed to suppress electromagnetic noise within a defined operational range. We are a direct-to-consumer brand operating online at emguarde.life.

emGuarde products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Any reference to wellness benefits, blood microscopy observations, or user experiences on our website or marketing materials reflects general observations and individual user reports only. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority.

If you have a health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not rely on emGuarde products as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, or pricing are error-free. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. emGuarde is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your emGuarde device, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, email care@emguarde.life with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

The emGuarde EM001 comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (2 years for customers in the European Union).

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or physical damage.

To make a warranty claim, email care@emguarde.life with your order number and a description of the defect.

All content on emguarde.life — including text, images, logos, product design, and copy — is the intellectual property of emGuarde and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our site
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, emGuarde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless emGuarde and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our site or products or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at emguarde.life/terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our site or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
